Your book, from household to account
Open Clients in the sidebar. Search by household or client name, then open the matching record. A household’s Overview lists its members and accounts; its Holdings tab combines holdings across those accounts. Open a member or account to inspect its individual setup and proposals.
Clients shows households and individual clients with their accounts, assigned models, and account values. This example uses the synthetic Evergreen Advisory practice.
The objects you work with
A sleeve is a building block of a model portfolio. It can represent an asset class or another investment implementation. A model supplies target allocation to assigned accounts; account settings can tailor how Tilt implements that model. Build a model portfolio walks through both levels.
The advisor workflow, from a reusable model to an account proposal.
Work on one account
On a client’s page, choose the account by name. All accounts gives you the combined client view when the client has several accounts. For an individual account, use these tabs:
Maya Patel's Revocable Trust is selected. Optimization links to its saved proposal and offers a separate Optimize action.
Shared models and account preferences
Open Models to inspect a reusable portfolio. Allocation shows its sleeve targets, Settings shows its optimization settings, and Accounts shows which accounts follow it. Review those accounts before changing a shared model. An account’s Setup shows where its values come from. You can tailor the account’s direct indexing, Tilts, tax settings, or constraints while retaining the model’s allocation. Changes to sleeve implementation and settings wait in Queued changes until you select Apply. Model assignment saves when you confirm the assignment. From analysis to a trade decision
An optimization produces a saved proposal for review. Inspect its trades, target holdings, and available tax and attribution detail before deciding what to do. Sending orders to a custodian requires a linked eligible account and a separate action. Check the resulting order status before treating submission as a fill. Review a rebalance covers each step.Choose a task
