The Firm page shows your whole book above its households, clients, and accounts. Open Firm in the left sidebar. Above the tabs, a line sums up the firm: what it manages across its households, how many accounts it has, and how many accounts need attention. Select the attention count to open Clients, which lists the households and clients that need attention first.
The attention count comes from the latest drift check, and it matches the count in the daily briefing. It includes every account the check flagged, including stale accounts and accounts the check skipped. Clients lists each account’s own reasons, such as model drift, cash to deploy, or no model, so the accounts it flags may not match the count.
The page has three tabs: Holdings, History, and Setup.

Holdings

Holdings lists every security in the book with its value, weight, quantity, and how many clients hold it. Search by ticker, or select a column heading to sort by it; select it again to reverse the order. On a phone, choose the order from the menu above the list. Holdings counts positions accounts hold directly. A position in an ETF or fund appears as that fund. Cash is counted in the firm’s total above the tabs.

History

History lists every recorded change across the firm: its households, clients, accounts, models, sleeves and Tilts, and the firm’s Setup. The About column names what each row was about, and Kind says whether that is an account, a model, the firm, and so on. Automation runs that changed nothing are counted above the list. Narrow the list by what an entry is about, by who acted (including Tilt Agent acting for that person), and by a range of days. To read a row, see See who changed an account and why.

Setup

Setup holds the settings every model and account uses unless it sets its own: Tax, Transactions, Optimization, Constraints, and Rules, the same groups an account’s and a model’s Setup show. Each row summarizes its values; select one to edit it. The firm sets two more things for every account: the minimum buy and the limit band, in Transactions, and the automatic corporate-action rules, in Constraints. Trade release rules has its own row; only organization owners can change those rules, and they save on their own. Changes in the groups wait together until you select Apply firm changes. If you leave Setup with changes you haven’t applied, Tilt asks whether to apply or discard them. A setting on a model or account page that comes from the firm shows a badge; select it to open that group in Setup. To add conditional rules or restrictions, see Set conditional rules and preview their effect.
